Development and facility management
Acred provides development expertise, project management, strategic planning, property and facilities management, and sales/leasing services to investors and property owners active in the Czech and Slovak real estate markets.
Acred also serves as an equity partner, often investing its own capital in its activities. Acred acts as a property and development manager for third party investors, working closely with its clients in managing inherent project risks.
Acred´s clients include private equity investors, investment funds, state and municipal organizations, banks and other financing institutions, and future end users.
