History

Established in 1995 initially to serve as an  investment vehicle for the development of Mala Sarka, Acred has over the last 15 years built a solid reputation as a reliable and competent development management team operating throughout the Czech Republic.

It has successfully brought to market projects totaling in aggregate more than EUR 320 million, and it has completed buildings in each of the five basic sectors of real estate: residential, office, retail, hotel, and logistics/industrial. Acred’s clients include local and international private equity funds, high net worth individuals, international opportunity funds, corporate end users, and governmental agencies.
