Avalon is a new office and retail complex in the city center of Plzen.

At present time, it is the largest class A office complex in the city. Avalon offers a wide range of alternative modern flexible office units, ranging from 40 m² to 1200 m². Rental prices range from 2.880 to 3.300 CZK/m²/year.

Avalon is easily accessible by public and private transportation.
