Centrum Dolní Břežany

This interesting project represents development via a public private partnership of the new town square, the buildings around it, and a new 3.5 ha public park located south of Prague in the village Dolni Brezany. Acred was responsible for preparation of the project's overall business plan, managing project planning and design, procurement of project financing, development management, and the sale and leasing of completed units.

This new town square which includes 156 new apartments, 5.700 m² of retail units and 22 row houses increased attractiveness of this village Dolní Břežany now is recognized as to one of the city's most attractive suburban locations for residential living.

Along the new town square one can today find a number of suitable services (shops, café, restaurants…) and the village's new large park with lakes, children playground and walking paths.

Dolni Brezany is soon to benefit by its direct access to the southern crescent of the new R1, Prague's periphery highway (or outer loop), and from the future realization of the Czech Academy of Science's new 35,000 m² Laser Research Campus (scheduled for completion in 2013).
