Flexis Business Park I

A new office and warehouse/flex-space development in Borská pole industrial zone in Pilsen. It is situated in an easy accessible and visible location on Domažlice rout that connects to D5 highway to Germany. Phase 1 has been completed; Phase 2 has secured its building permit; and subsequent Phases 3 and 4 are now in planning. Acred serves as the project’s co-investor and development manager.

Phase 1 consists of 2000 m² of offices and 1500 m² of light industrial space. Its construction was completed within 7 months. It is today fully leased to international tenants such as the German company MEA Meisinger and the American company Xtech Europe. Phase 2 contemplates the construction of a further 4000 m2, of which up to 1000 m² is available for office use.
