KZ Housing & Marina Development

In cooperation with RPG Real Estate, s.r.o., Acred is managing the planning and realization of a recreational and residential development consisting of 44 luxury family villas, 60 luxury villa apartments, marina & recrerational centre, and a hotel conference and equestrian centre. The development is in process of securing necessary zoning approvals. The first phase of development is expected to commence construction in 2013.

Located on 18.5 hectares of tree-covered lakefront property, along Turýnsky Rybník in the town of Kamenne-Žehrovice within the Kladno Region, this development is composite of three separate but interrelated projects:

The KZ Marina & Recreational Centre:

• Improvement and enhancement of existing facilities serving recreational activities: fishing, sailing, kayaking, and tennis;
• Stabilization of the Turýnsky Rybník lakefront as a natural habitat;
• Construction of a new, adjacent and independent “sub-lake” for swimming;
• New sports and recreational facility with fitness & indoor swimming pool; and
• New café and “general store” selling equipment that serves the needs of these recreational activities.

The Astral Hotel Conference & Equestrian Centre:

• Reconstruction and reuse of two historic industrial buildings as the hotel’s new conference centre;
• Construction of new indoor and outdoor horseback riding arenas with adjacent stalls to accomnodate 30 horses; and
• Stabilization of the adjacent lakefront as a natural habitat.

The Turýnská Obora Luxury Villas:

• Construction of roads and infrastructure and the subdivision of land into serviced residential parcels;
• Construction of 60 new viila apartments surring the newly created Marina;
• Construction of 44 luxury single family villas.

The overall development (and each of its sub-projects) is being designed by the Prague based architectural firm, Cigler/Marani Architects, and it has been conceived based upon the highest standards of environmental sustainability.
