Čertův Vršek

On behalf of Čertův Vršek, s.r.o., Acred is managing the planning and realization of 40 new luxury apartments contained within a new gated community of 5 residential villas interlinked via underground parking. Located in the Střižkov villa quarter of Prague District 8, Čertův Vršek covers 5500 m² of elevated land, offering southern, panoramic views from Karlin to Prague castle. The development is in the final stage of securing zoning/planning approval.

The project has been designed by the Prague based architectural firm of Aukett, s.r.o.
