Flexis Business Park II
On behalf of Flex-Space Plzen I, s.r.o., Acred has planned and secured building permits for the construction of Flexis Pusiness Park’s Phase 2 building. Phase 2 contemplates the construction of a 3888 m2 mixed office and industrial facility. Construction is set to ebgin immediately upon signing a pre-lease with an qualified anchor tenant.
Flexis Business Park is located at the northwest corner of the Borska Pole industrial zone in the City of Plzen.
