Residence Classis

A luxury residence/spa hotel, Residence Classis was conceived and developed to provide high standard accommodation and personal support services for seniors that still has no equal in the Czech Republic. The four story plus penthouse building is situated within area of „Greater Prague,“ specifically located on a prominent site in the village of Pruhonice – one of Prague´s most prestigious suburban communities.

The building is able to serve the needs of approximately 100 residents. It is comprised of 62 apartments and representative common facilities including entrance hall with reception, library with computer center, elegant restaurant, club room/billiard, fitness and wellness center, indoor swimming and whirlpool and a large garden.
