Kleinův Palace
Located on the main square in the City of Brno, this neo-renaissance building built in 1847-1848, is generally considered to be one of the city's most important historic landmarks. The building was originally built as a residence for the Klein family, who pioneered the use of cast iron as an structurally-integrated architectural material.
In 1994, Acred negotiated the building's 90 year lease on behalf of Credit Lyonnais Bank, and later managed the building's reconstruction for new office and retail use.
