Terasy Červený Vrch
A development of 330 new apartments, Terasy Cerveny Vrch consists of 11 buildings resting on 20 hectares of land, conceived and built in 2 phases. Responsible for product design and sales, Acred co-developed the project with its investor/contractor, Skanska-Stav. ACRED participated in the realization of the first phase, successfully selling and handing over its 145 apartments, and managed overall planning and design for Phase 2.
In 2003, Phase 2 was subsequently completed by Skanska-IPS, the local construction conglomerate acquired by Skanska in the year 2000.
