Avalon Business Center

Completed in summer of 2007, Avalon Business Center is a new office and retail development located in the heart of Pilzen, the fourth largest city in the Czech Republic. At present the largest office complex (22.000 m²) in the city, Avalon offers a wide range of alternative modern flexible Class A office units, ranging from 50 m² to 1200 m².

The complex was transformed from a previous printing house into a modern office facility by combining reconstructed and newly built wings. Two underground levels were added to create more than 150 parking spaces, a great benefit in the city center. Today, Avalon enjoys the occupancy of internationally recognized and Czech institutional tenants.

Acred serves as an investment partner with Expandia, a.s. in Avalon Business Center, s.r.o., the project's investment vehicle. It has been responsible for identifying the project opportunity, securing land control, project conception and business plan, procurement of project financing, development management, tenant leasing and handover.
