Pivovarský Dvůr
A newly constructed administrative building with retail units on the ground floor, Pivovarsky Dvur is located in the suburban area south of Prague, in the village Dolni Brezany. This three story modern campus provides a smaller scale of Class A offices, secure covered parking, and a representative lobby with 24 hour services.
Acred was responsible for project conception and business plan, overseeing product design and the procurement of permits, development management, tenant leasing, and handover.
