Václav Kohout is a certified construction engineer with the degree from ČVUT University.

An integral member of the Acred Team for more than 10 years, Vašek is a competent professional focused in the fields of value engineering, the procurement of planning and building permits, cost estimating, construction tendering, construction management, building handover, and construction contract closeout .

In the last 4 years, he has served effectively and successfully in the role of Acred’s Senior Technical Director, responsible for the overall management of technical and construction related aspects of Acred’s development management business.
